Mit Gymcubator haben wir unser eigenes Produkt entwickelt: eine KI-Plattform für Fitnessstudios, die mit Mitgliedern über WhatsApp und E-Mail kommuniziert, Buchungen und Anfragen verwaltet und Studio-Teams im Alltag unterstützt. Dutzende Studios nutzen das System bereits täglich in Production – und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Für die Weiterentwicklung von Gymcubator suchen wir Verstärkung.

Deine Rolle:

Du startest dort, wo man ein Produkt wirklich kennenlernt: beim Onboarding neuer Kunden, im Production Support und beim Beheben von Fehlern. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Gründer und wächst Schritt für Schritt in eine vollwertige Entwicklerrolle hinein.

Wir setzen KI-Agenten in allen Phasen der Entwicklung ein. Du lernst dabei nicht nur, mit KI schnell Code zu schreiben — du verstehst am Ende wirklich, wie verteilte Systeme in Production gebaut und betrieben werden: moderne Architekturen, Cloud, CI/CD und agentische Systeme.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • ⁠Neue Fitnessstudios onboarden: Einrichtung, Konfiguration, Integrationen
  • ⁠Wiederkehrende Aufgaben im Onboarding automatisieren und den Prozess Schritt für Schritt skalierbar machen
  • ⁠Production Support: Probleme mit Code, Logs und Daten untersuchen und beheben
  • ⁠Bugfixes und kleinere Features umsetzen, testen und releasen
  • ⁠Mitarbeit an Cloud-Infrastruktur und CI/CD-Pipeline: Deployments, Kubernetes, Monitoring
  • ⁠Lernen, KI-Agenten zu steuern und generierten Code kritisch zu prüfen
  • ⁠Mit wachsender Erfahrung: eigenständige Entwicklung von Features

  • Fließendes Deutsch (unsere Kunden sind deutsche Fitnessstudios), gutes Englisch

Unser Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, LangGraph, React, TypeScript, Twilio, Kubernetes — Vorerfahrung damit ist nicht erforderlich.
