Data Scientist

## Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced data professionals to support data-driven decision-making processes. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, contributing to projects that drive organizational impact. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in data science.

## Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and trends. - Assist in developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models. - Interpret and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects. - Document methodologies, workflows, and results for future reference.

## Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. - Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). - Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages. - Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (entry-level, internship position). - Relevant coursework or academic projects in data analysis, machine learning, or related areas is a plus.

## Environment - Typical work setting is either remote or on-site (location not specified). - Collaborative team environment with mentorship and guidance from experienced data scientists. - Flexible working hours may be available to accommodate academic schedules.
