A DATATEM (Telemetry Expenses Management) é uma empresa brasileira especializada em soluções de conectividade, telemetria e comunicação M2M/IoT, apoiando empresas de diferentes segmentos na transmissão e gestão segura e eficiente de dados.

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Desenvolvedor(a) Fullstack Pleno, com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento backend e frontend, integrações e construção de soluções escaláveis.

Procuramos um perfil hands-on, analítico e orientado à qualidade, capaz de transformar especificações técnicas em entregas consistentes, com autonomia, responsabilidade e foco em resultado.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver funcionalidades completas, incluindo APIs, regras de negócio, banco de dados e telas;
  • Construir integrações com APIs e webhooks de terceiros;
  • Implementar processamentos assíncronos e em lote, como ingestão de dados, validações, fechamento de ciclos e exportação de arquivos;
  • Trabalhar a partir de especificações técnicas, em entregas menores, com testes e revisão de código;
  • Utilizar assistentes de IA no dia a dia com senso crítico, especificando, revisando, testando e assumindo a responsabilidade pelo código gerado;
  • Atuar em mais de um projeto simultaneamente, conforme as prioridades da área;
  • Alimentar relatórios de progresso do desenvolvimento.

Experiência e conhecimentos:

  • Backend em Python, com FastAPI, Pydantic e SQLAlchemy, incluindo código assíncrono; Frontend em TypeScript e React, com consumo de APIs REST e gerenciamento de estado de servidor, como TanStack Query ou similar;
  • Conhecimento sólido em PostgreSQL: modelagem, índices, migrations e leitura de plano de execução;
  • Experiência com integrações de múltiplas APIs, autenticação, paginação, retry, idempotência e recebimento de webhooks com validação de assinatura;
  • Vivência com processamento assíncrono e filas, utilizando Redis ou similar;
  • Testes automatizados em backend e frontend;
  • Conhecimento em Docker e Git;
  • Experiência prática com assistentes de código, como Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot ou similares.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de software e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Experiência com bancos de dados não relacionais, como MongoDB, Redis ou similares;
  • Noções de Kubernetes e observabilidade, incluindo métricas e logs estruturados;
  • Integração de LLMs em produtos, APIs de modelos, MCP e agentes;
  • Conhecimentos em segurança de aplicação (OWASP) e LGPD;
  • Tailwind CSS, Vite e bibliotecas de componentes;
  • Experiência com sistemas multi-clientes ou modulares em produção;
  • Experiência com mapas na web, como Leaflet ou similar;
  • Conhecimento em Go;
  • Banco de séries temporais e particionamento de tabelas;
  • Pandas ou Numpy para processamento de dados;
  • Experiência com arquivos em layouts fixos, como CSV, posicional e XML;
  • Vivência nos setores elétrico, saneamento ou GLP.
