Bei uns gestaltest du CaaS- und PaaS-Plattformen, die Entwicklungsteams schnelle, sichere und skalierbare Delivery ermöglichen – im CnRZ, in der Public Cloud oder hybrid. Mit Everything as Code, Self-Service und Observability baust du die Basis für kurze Release-Zyklen und hohe Stabilität.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind insbesondere:

  • Du baust und betreibst Container- und PaaS-Plattformen (z. B. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) mit integrierten Sicherheits- und Governance-Kontrollen sowie Lifecycle-Management-Komponenten (Backup, Restore und Desaster-Recovery).
  • Du setzt Bereitstellungs-, Update- und Skalierungsprozesse mittels Infrastructure-, Configuration- und Policy-as-Code sowie GitOps um.
  • Self-Service: Du entwickelst APIs, CLI-Tools und Service-Kataloge für die eigenständige Nutzung durch Entwicklerteams.
  • Du evaluierst und integrierst neue Technologien in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern (z. B. Architektur, Security, Technologiemanagement).
  • Du übernimmst den Last-Level-Support, analysierst technische Störungen, Konfigurations- und Berechtigungsprobleme und steuerst nachhaltige Lösungen gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern.

Das suchen wir:

Erforderliche Skills:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Platform Engineering bzw. im Aufbau und Betrieb von CaaS-/ PaaS-Plattformen inkl. Security und Compliance sowie deren Integration in den Betrieb.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformtechnologien (z. B. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Prinzipien der Cloud.
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Everything as Code (z. B. Ansible, Terraform, IaC, CaC, PaC, GitOps) mit.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams ist dir vertraut; agiles Arbeiten ist Teil Deines Selbstverständnisses.
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Cloud-native Anwendungen (z. B. Java Spring Boot, GO) sind ein Plus.

Erlernbare Skills:

  • Du bist motiviert, den Aufbau und Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines zu erlernen (z. B. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) inklusive automatisierter Builds, Tests, Deployments und Security-Scans.
  • Du bist bereit, dir gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb und der Absicherung von Cloud-Umgebungen anzueignen (z. B. AWS/Azure/GCP, IAM, Netzwerk-Security, Monitoring/Logging mit Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki).
