Job Summary

Manage and deliver projects end-to-end by planning, coordinating, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company processes to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project development with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Track project milestones and progress, and develop comprehensive progress reports with required documentation and presentations
  • Execute projects following established project management systems and processes to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Use appropriate tools to monitor project deliverables and complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, executing, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects on schedule
  • Maintain organized filing and backup of all project documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes
  • Identify project risks and critical paths, collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and backup plans
  • Escalate issues and critical path delays promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution
  • Comply with and help enforce standard company policies and processes to maintain project governance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • GCE "O" Level or equivalent educational qualification
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in project management or related fields
  • Skills in project management, building, and construction are advantageous
  • Competency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY, SketchUp, or BIM software is a plus
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up and track multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project progress and risks effectively
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
