Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité du responsable service clients, vous intervenez dans l’organisation et le suivi

des commandes clients et fournisseurs en lien avec le service commercial et fidélisation.

Convention collective COMMERCES DE GROS- Commerce et distribution de produits surgelés

Classification : Niveau III Employé

1) Missions principales :

- Gestion de la relation client :

• Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et le traitement des demandes clients par téléphone et par mail

• Informer et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur parcours

• Répondre aux questions relatives aux contrats, commandes et relations avec les leaseurs

• Effectuer le traitement et suivi commercial et administratif des commandes clients en

collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et fidélisation

• Transmettre les demandes SAV au service concerné

• Réaliser des appels sortants de suivi, d'information et de fidélisation.

• Informer les clients des opérations commerciales en cours

• Assurer le suivi des réclamations clients et apporter une réponse adaptée

• Collaborer avec les autres membres du Service Clients et les différents services de

l’entreprise.

- Gestion des commandes et administration des ventes :

• Assurer la saisie, le suivi et le contrôle des commandes

• Etablir les bons de commandes et factures des implantations et des réapprovisionnements

• Prendre les RDV pour les implantations, tenir à jour les plannings, mettre à jour les dossiers

avant RDV

• Gérer les livraisons : gérer quotidiennement le lien avec les transporteurs, gérer les litiges de

livraison, gérer le plan de transport

• Organiser les enlèvements chez les différents fournisseurs

• Assurer le suivi logistique et administratif des dossiers jusqu'à leur finalisation

• Mettre à jour les informations clients et les contrats de vente dans le CRM

• Traiter les factures fournisseurs (saisie et contrôle dans le CRM)

Votre profil

Niveau d’études requis :

• BTS/ DUT gestion administrative et commerciale des entreprises

• BTS/ DUT assistante de gestion des PME/PMI

3) Compétences requises :

• Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, gestion des priorités l’on attend de vous :

Aisance téléphonique

• Qualités rédactionnelles et d’élocution

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques notamment Excel et CRM

• Qualités relationnelles et adaptation aux clients

• Capacité à travailler en équipe

Nos conditions de travail

  • 35h par semaine (temps plein)
  • Statut du poste : Employé
  • Travail en journée, du lundi au vendredi
