VOTRE MISSION

Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Réseau, vous êtes responsable de la performance commerciale de votre portefeuille clients sur votre secteur. Vous êtes le garant de la fidélisation, du développement et de la rentabilité du parc.

A ce titre, vous :

- Pilotez l'activité commerciale de votre secteur afin d'atteindre vos objectifs de chiffre d'affaires (pizzas et matériel)

- Gérez, fidélisez et développez un portefeuille clients existant (réassorts, optimisation des ventes, montée en gamme)

- Accompagnez les renouvellements de contrats et identifiez les opportunités d'upgrade matériel

- Mettez en place des actions de réactivation des clients inactifs et développez le potentiel du parc

- Assurez une présence terrain régulière pour accompagner les clients dans la performance de leur activité pizza (conseil, bonnes pratiques, mise en avant)

- Déployez les actions marketing et de visibilité sur les points de vente

- Suivez, analysez et pilotez vos indicateurs de performance afin de mettre en place des plans d'actions adaptés

- Assurez un reporting rigoureux dans le CRM (comptes rendus de visites, mise à jour des données clients, suivi des opportunités)

- Identifiez et développez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales de manière ciblée sur votre secteur

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (terrain, secteur GMS, CHR, Foodservice ou proxi)

- Autonome, structuré(e), commerçant(e) et orienté(e) résultats

- A l'aise dans la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille clients B2B

- Rigoureux(se), fiable et persévérant(e)

- Permis B obligatoire

L'humilité, l'intégrité et l'esprit d'équipe sont essentiels.

PACKAGE & CONDITIONS

Rémunération :

- Fixe : 2 300 EUR brut/mois

- Variable : jusqu'à 16 800 EUR annuel

- Rémunération annuelle brute cible : 42 000 EUR à 44 400 EUR
