  • Maintain and update costing data, cost charts, and related reporting to support accurate business analysis and decision-making.
  • Use Excel, Sigma, PLM, Qiwk reports, Jira, and other systems to maintain accurate data, generate reporting, and identify inconsistencies in costing information.
  • Develop a strong understanding of DY jewelry components, materials, labor, finishing instructions, and product construction to accurately evaluate cost structures.
  • Conduct thorough self-review of calculations, pricing inputs, and supporting details prior to submission to ensure high data integrity.
  • Communicate costing updates, discrepancies, and required actions clearly to cross-functional partners, including Product Development, Procurement, Merchandising, Production, and vendors.
  • Continuously prioritize competing tasks, monitor deadlines, and adjust focus as business needs evolve while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review high-volume costing, pricing, BOM, PO, and invoice data for accuracy, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and analytical reporting.
  • Proactive problem solver with sound judgment and the ability to validate information, question unusual cost changes, resolve discrepancies, and improve data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently while contributing as a collaborative team partner
  • Highly organized communicator able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, summarize findings, and follow up effectively with internal teams and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with effective interpersonal skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
