  • Maintain and update office information systems: client profiles, database input, inventory/consignment lists, marketing emails etc.
  • Coordinate meeting and presentation materials for the Principal: support Principal’s team and Photo/Research in building binders for artist/client meetings; archive materials/projects as needed.
  • Work with the Principal’s Executive Assistant to manage calendars, internal resource documents, travel documents and itineraries.
  • Work with the Principal’s Executive Assistant to provide hospitality logistics: assist with coffees/teas and lunches when needed.
  • On rare occasions provide in-person real-time coverage support to the Principal.

What we would like you to have:

  • A take-ownership approach, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects.
  • Ability to remain calm and poised in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to assist in areas outside of job description.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
