David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Global Head of Product Marketing.

Position: Global Head of Product Marketing

Location: Remote (FTE): Romania, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Malta, Serbia, Latvia Remote (SLA): Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece

About the role. We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Global Head of Product Marketing to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across a diverse iGaming portfolio, including Slots and Live Casino. This is a senior leadership role suited to an expert who combines deep product knowledge, market insight, and commercial acumen to drive global growth and differentiation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead the global product marketing strategy across all iGaming verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and high-impact GTM campaigns across international markets
  • Act as the subject matter expert across all product lines, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, product mechanics, and underlying technology
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product marketing team
  • Design and implement a structured GTM framework to support new product launches and major updates
  • Leverage product analytics, customer insights, and market data to inform strategy and drive performance
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and support roadmap decisions
  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams globally.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across all verticals, Slots and Live Casino
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
  • Experience launching and scaling products across multiple international markets
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).
