  • Collaborate with the Associate Director for Employer Relations and Outreach to develop standard operating procedures for employer relationship management including normalizing the use of a CRM, utilizing existing data to identify prospective employers, track relationship status, and produce regular reports.
  • With direction from the Matthews Center Leadership Team, lead qualitative data collection activities including focus groups, interviews, and other research methods.

Technology Management:

  • Oversee current technology systems in use within the Matthews Center (i.e., Handshake, LACRM, 12Twenty and all subscription databases) and provide recommendations to streamline processes that result in increased efficiency and effectiveness for all system users. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
