The posting

Als technicus speel je een belangrijke rol bij het testen van de voortstuwingsapparatuur voor satellieten, gemaakt door Dawn. Je voert een reeks gespecialiseerde taken uit in onze werkplaats en cleanroomfaciliteiten. Alle systemen worden in eigen beheer geassembleerd, geïntegreerd en getest in ons kantoor in Delft en geleverd aan klanten over de hele wereld.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het uitvoeren van testen zoals lektesten, druktesten, omgevingsproeven, hot fire-testen, enz.
  • Voorbereiding en uitvoering van hardwaretesten op component- en (sub)systeemniveau, zelfstandig of met ondersteuning van andere AIT-teamleden.
  • Omgaan met meetapparatuur en het bedienen van testopstellingen.
  • Testrapporten opstellen en testgegevens analyseren.
  • Samenwerken met engineering en kwaliteitscontrole om ervoor te zorgen dat alle productiegegevens nauwkeurig en volledig zijn.

Vereiste kwalificaties

  • Ervaring met onder druk staande systemen en apparatuur voor druktesten (bijv. drukregelaars). Dit kan zowel vloeistof- als hydraulische systemen betreffen.
  • Ervaring met basismeetinstrumenten zoals multimeters en manometers.
  • Het vermogen om testprocedures te lezen en op te volgen.
  • Het vermogen om zowel effectief in een teamomgeving als zelfstandig te werken.
  • Snel en positief kunnen omgaan met veranderingen.
  • Het vermogen om basisveiligheidsprocedures te volgen en te handhaven.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels

Gewenste kwalificaties

  • Ervaring met voortstuwings(sub)systemen, andere satellietsubsystemen of ervaring op vergelijkbare gebieden zoals vliegtuigassemblage/onderhoud en hightech.
  • Werken in een geografisch verspreid team.
  • Ervaring met werken in een gecontroleerde omgeving, zoals cleanrooms.
  • Production process development experience (e.g. Lean/6 sigma).

Our international teams are distributed across four locations: the Netherlands, France, New Zealand, and the USA.
