About DayOne Data Centers
DayOne Data Centers is a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform that develops and operates next-generation data centers across Asia Pacific and Europe. Trusted by leading hyperscalers and businesses, the company engineers, builds, and operates high-capacity, AI-ready campuses with speed, scale, and reliability.
You'll join DayOne on a fixed-term contract of three months from early 2027, with the option to extend. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you'll make sure DayOne meets its public company compliance and disclosure obligations accurately and on time. You'll assist with running the disclosure process, assessing what needs to be disclosed and when, and keep our governance records and insider controls in order. Final sign-off on disclosures and legal positions stays with the Chief Legal Officer. Wider compliance areas such as data protection, certifications and ESG reporting sit with their own owners, and you'll work with them where they touch disclosure. By the end of the contract, the processes you run should be documented so the permanent team can take them on.
