Descrição Sumária: Responsável por auxiliar o gerente na supervisão das operações diárias do restaurante, garantindo a qualidade no atendimento, o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais e o suporte à equipe. Atua diretamente na gestão de pessoas, controle de estoque, apoio às rotinas administrativas e operacionais, assegurando o bom funcionamento da unidade.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o gerente na supervisão geral das operações do restaurante, garantindo a organização, produtividade e qualidade do serviço.
  • Liderar e orientar a equipe durante os turnos, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e eficiente.
  • Aplicar feedbacks e auxiliar nas avaliações de desempenho da equipe.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas internas da empresa, padrões de conduta e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Controlar estoques, realizar pedidos de compras e acompanhar os inventários, assegurando o abastecimento e a conservação dos insumos.
  • Zelar pela limpeza, manutenção e higienização da unidade, em conformidade com os padrões de segurança alimentar e sanitária.
  • Operar os sistemas utilizados no restaurante, incluindo habilitação e desabilitação de produtos, cancelamentos, transferências de mesas e outros procedimentos operacionais.
  • Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas e de RH, como programação de férias, apuração de ponto, aplicação de medidas disciplinares e acompanhamento de orientações pedagógicas.
  • Monitorar o desempenho financeiro da unidade junto ao gerente, analisando indicadores como vendas, CMV e ticket médio.
  • Atender clientes e intervir em situações de conflito ou reclamações, com foco em soluções eficazes e na satisfação do cliente.
  • Conduzir reuniões periódicas com a equipe, sempre que necessário, para alinhamento de metas e melhorias operacionais.
  • Substituir o gerente em suas ausências, garantindo a continuidade da operação e a tomada de decisões necessárias.
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas à função, conforme necessidade da unidade e orientação da gerência.
