Capogruppo macchinisti Bellinzona 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Compiti principali

  • Gestire e supportare un team di circa 20 macchinisti presso la sede di Arbedo
  • Fornire supporto tecnico al personale esterno e garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività operative nelle stazioni e negli impianti ferroviari
  • Sostenere i collaboratori nell'acquisire e sviluppare le conoscenze e le qualifiche necessarie e nel raggiungere gli obiettivi richiesti
  • Svoglere colloqui periodici e, all'occorrenza, colloqui mirati con i collaboratori; effettuare corse di controllo
  • Certificare l'idoneità dei macchinisti per i rispettivi profili d'impiego
  • Mantenere aggiornate le competenze del personale nel sistema di gestione delle competenze

Compiti secondari

  • Contribuire alla formazione del personale, alle istruzioni pratiche e ai controlli, anche in materia di sicurezza dell'esercizio ferroviario
  • Selezionare nuovi macchinisti e curarne l'inserimento in collaborazione con le Risorse umane
  • Partecipare alla redazione delle prescrizioni operative e del materiale didattico
  • Gestire gli interventi durante il servizio di picchetto

Requisiti

  • Macchinista di categoria B con abilitazione alla condotta in Svizzera e in Italia e diversi anni di esperienza nel settore ferroviario
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione e nel coordinamento del personale
  • Propensione a formare i collaboratori e a essere il loro punto di riferimento
  • Disponibilità ad assumersi responsabilità e nuovi incarichi
  • Autonomia operativa e decisionale, approccio strutturato e spiccate capacità organizzative
  • Attitudine al lavoro in squadra con gli altri responsabili di settore
  • Madrelingua italiana o conoscenza equivalente (livello minimo C1\)
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco scritto e parlato (livello minimo B1\) o disponibilità ad apprenderlo
