We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to our online marketing efforts.

Job Overview

We are hiring a YouTube Growth & Content Manager, based in Egypt, to build and run DB Investing's YouTube channel as its own department, working separately from the social media function. You will own the channel strategy, content calendar, scripting, production and growth, turning market analysis, trading education and platform content into videos that build subscribers, watch time and trust, and that bring qualified traders to DB Investing. This is a hands-on role for someone who has grown a financial markets channel and can prove it with numbers, and who knows what can and cannot be said about trading on camera.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the YouTube channel end-to-end: channel strategy, positioning, programming, publishing and growth targets, run as a department separate from social media.
  • Build and run the content calendar across long-form, Shorts and live streams: market outlooks, weekly analysis, trading education, MT5 platform tutorials, product explainers and event coverage.
  • Write or direct scripts, hooks and outlines, and brief presenters, editors and designers; hold the quality bar on every upload.
  • Manage production end-to-end: shoots, editing, thumbnails, captions and publishing, with in-house editors, motion designers and freelancers.
  • Optimize for discovery: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, playlists, end screens and YouTube search, with structured testing of titles and thumbnails.
  • Grow the channel from YouTube Studio data (click-through rate, average view duration, retention curves, returning viewers and subscriber conversion) and act on what the data shows.
  • Grow Arabic-speaking audiences in Egypt and the wider MENA region, and adapt content for other priority markets as needed.
  • Keep every video inside regulatory and platform rules: risk warnings, no performance guarantees, no misleading claims, and YouTube's policies on financial content and advertising.
  • Build the community through comments, live chat, community posts and premieres, and handle negative sentiment and escalation with sound judgement.
  • Connect YouTube to acquisition with tracked links, UTMs, pinned comments and descriptions that drive registrations and funded accounts; work with performance marketing on YouTube ads and retargeting audiences.
  • Report monthly on channel growth, engagement quality and YouTube-assisted conversions, with clear recommendations for the next month.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements – Essential

  • Minimum 4 years in YouTube or video content, including at least 2 years owning the strategy and growth of a YouTube channel in financial markets, trading, investing or fintech.
  • A growth record on a channel you personally ran, with subscribers, watch time and views you can show in YouTube Studio.
  • Hands-on command of YouTube Studio analytics, retention analysis, title and thumbnail testing, and YouTube search optimization.
  • Strong scriptwriting for long-form and Shorts, and the ability to explain forex, CFDs, spreads, leverage and technical and fundamental analysis accurately to a new trader.
  • Experience managing video production with editors, designers and presenters to a regular publishing schedule.
  • Sound judgement on compliance in a regulated financial context: risk warnings, no promised returns, and platform rules on financial content.
  • Fluent professional Arabic & English — read, write and speak.
  • Based in Egypt.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Forex/CFD brokerage or trading-education channel experience, including Meta Trader 5 content.
  • Experience with live streams, premieres and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut) and working knowledge of AI video tools.
  • Experience collaborating with finance creators and presenters, on camera or behind it.
