בתפקיד זה תוביל/י צוות אנליסטים מקצועי, תלווה/י בניית עסקאות מורכבות ותהיה/תהיי שותף/ה משמעותי/ת בגיבוש פתרונות אשראי ללקוחות תאגידיים מובילים במשק.

מה כולל התפקיד?

• הובלת צוות העוסק באנליזת אשראי וחיתום לעסקאות מורכבות

• ניתוח פעילות עסקית ודוחות כספיים של לקוחות תאגידיים

• בחינת סיכוני אשראי, תזרימי מזומנים, בטוחות, דירוגים ותרחישי קיצון

• ליווי ובניית מתווה עסקאות אשראי בשיתוף הגורם העסקי

• כתיבת חוות דעת מקצועיות ובקשות אשראי והשתתפות בוועדות אשראי

• הנחיה, בקרה ופיתוח מקצועי של אנליסטים בצוות

• עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי עסקים, לקוחות וממשקים בכירים בבנק

• הובלת תהליכים מקצועיים ומתודולוגיות עבודה בתחום האשראי

Requirements

• תואר ראשון בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים / תחום פיננסי דומה

• ניסיון משמעותי של 5 שנים לפחות באנליזת אשראי מורכבת מארגונים פיננסיים / גופים מוסדיים / חברות ייעוץ

• ניסיון בליווי ובניית עסקאות אשראי משמעותיות

• ניסיון ניהולי או הובלת צוות מקצועי – יתרון משמעותי

• יכולת עבודה בריבוי משימות ובסביבה דינמית ואינטנסיבית

• חשיבה אנליטית ויכולת קבלת החלטות

• יכולות בין-אישיות גבוהות, ניהול בגובה העיניים והובלת ממשקים
