מחפש/ת תפקיד שמחבר בין עולם העסקאות הגדולות, קשרים עסקיים והובלת פעילות מול תאגידים מובילים במשק?

זו הזדמנות להשתלב בתפקיד מרכזי במערך העסקי של הבנק, המשלב בניית מערכות יחסים עם בכירים, הובלת עסקאות אשראי משמעותיות והשפעה ישירה על צמיחת הפעילות העסקית.

במסגרת התפקיד:

  • ניהול תיק לקוחות תאגידיים ומתן מענה מקצועי ושוטף לצורכי הלקוחות, תוך דאגה לסגירת מעגל טיפול בפניות ושירותים בנקאיים (חברות ציבוריות ופרטיות בתחומים כגון מלונאות, בריאות ותקשורת)
  • ייזום והעמקת פעילות עסקית מול לקוחות קיימים - הגדלת מסגרות אשראי, הרחבת פעילות פיננסית, עסקאות בחדר עסקאות, פיקדונות ופתרונות מימון נוספים.
  • בניית מערכות יחסים ארוכות טווח עם מנהלי הכספים ו-CFOs בארגונים.
  • הובלה וניהול תהליכי אשראי מורכבים - החל מאיסוף החומרים, עבודה מול כלכלנים ואנליסטים, בניית מבנה העסקה ועד לאישור והוצאה לפועל.
  • פגישות שוטפות עם לקוחות קיימים ולקוחות פוטנציאליים, לצורך שימור, פיתוח וגיוס פעילות חדשה.
  • איתור וגיוס לקוחות חדשים מקרב תאגידים מובילים במשק

Requirements

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון משמעותי באנליזת אשראי לתאגידים גדולים או ניסיון בניהול קשרי לקוחות עסקיים בעלי היקף אשראי העולה על 50 מ' ₪ מבנקים - חובה
  • תואר ראשון בכלכלה / מנע"ס / חשבונאות
  • שליטה באנגלית (קריאה, כתיבה)
  • יכולת ניהול ריבוי משימות במקביל ועבודה תחת לחץ.
  • יכולות בין-אישיות גבוהות ובניית מערכות יחסים עסקיות ארוכות טווח.
  • תואר שני בכלכלה / מנע"ס התמחות במימון – יתרון
