מה תעשו במסגרת הניהול השוטף של הלקוחות?

  • ניהול קשר רציף עם הלקוח, תוך העלאת יוזמה להרחבת הפעילות והתאמת שירותים בנקאיים נוספים.
  • קיום פגישות וביקורים אצל לקוחות לצורך העמקה ופיתוח עסקים
  • מתן פתרונות ומענה הולם לצרכי הלקוח - בראיה אינטגרטיבית (כולל חדר עסקאות, ני"ע וסח"ח)
  • טיפול בבקשות אשראי: אחריות על תוכן בקשת האשראי והצגתה בועדה, משא ומתן על תנאי העסקה, תכנון תיק לקוח וטיפול בהיבטים משפטיים
  • אחריות על הכנת חומר לדיון שוטף בוועדות - כגון היקף פעילות, בדיקת שיעבודים, חלקנו בפעילות השוטפת סח"ח ופעילות שוטפת
  • טיפול ומעקב אחר הלקוח ברמה היומית, טיפול בדיווחים רוחביים
  • מענה לגופי הבקרה השונים
  • ניהול צוות תומכי עסקים והגדרת תוכניות עבודה לצוות

בנוסף תעסקו בתחום הפיתוח העסקי - גיוס לקוחות והרחבת הפעילות והתאמת שירותים בנקאיים נוספים אצל לקוחות קיימים.

שעות המשרה א'-ה' 08:00-16:00 עם נכונות לשעות נוספות

Requirements

  • תואר ראשון בכלכלה/ מנהל עסקים/חשבונאות - יתרון לתואר שני
  • 2+ שנות נסיון בתחום האשראי העסקי
  • 2+ שנות ניסיון בניהול קשרי לקוחות עסקיים בבנק או במוסד פיננסי אחר
  • יכולת הצגה ועמידה מול לקוחות עסקיים גודלים וועדות אשראי
  • אוריינטציה מכירתית ושירותית
  • הנעה עצמית, יוזמה ואחריות אישית, לצד יכולות לעבודה בשיתוף פעולה
  • שליטה באנגלית
