למחלקת בקרת אשראי דרוש/ה אחראי/ת ניהול סיכונים לתפקיד חיוני בשמירה על איכות וחוזק תיק האשראי של החטיבה הבנקאית. התפקיד מתמקד באיתור, ניטור ובקרה של סיכוני אשראי, ועבודה שוטפת מול היחידות העסקיות והסניפים במטרה להניע תהליכי טיפול וצמצום סיכונים. זוהי הזדמנות להשתלב בתפקיד מקצועי ומשמעותי, המהווה נדבך חיוני בניהול סיכוני האשראי בחטיבה הבנקאית.

Requirements

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול סיכוני אשראי בראייה כוללת ופרטנית - אחריות על זיהוי, בקרה, ניהול וטיפול בסיכוני האשראי ברמת היחידות העסקיות והסניפים, והנעתם לצמצום הסיכון, תוך מתן תמיכה מקצועית וליווי בטיפול הנדרש.
  • איתור וזיהוי חולשות אשראי - ניתוח פרואקטיבי של נתונים, תהליכים ומערכות לאיתור מוקדי סיכון וחולשות אשראי, ובחינתם מול הגורם העסקי הרלוונטי, תוך בחינתם למול המדיניות, הנהלים והתהליכים השונים הקיימים ביחידות השונות.
  • ניתוח אשראי עסקי מעמיק - איסוף נתונים פיננסיים, ניתוח דוחות כספיים, בחינת כושר החזר לצורך הערכת איכות הלווים.
  • בקרה על תהליכי אשראי - ביצוע בקרות שוטפות או אד-הוק על נושאים, תחומים, או יחידות עסקיות וטיפול ומעקב אחר יישום הממצאים, ההחלטות והמשימות שהוגדרו בעקבות הבקרות.
  • הפקה, ניתוח והכנת חומרים ודוחות בקרה -
  1. הפקה, ניתוח והכנת החומרים תוך הצגת תובנות ומשימות לגורמים העסקיים.
  2. ריכוז הנתונים, הכוללים חוות דעת מקצועית לדוחות בקרה וחומרים לדיונים מקצועיים שונים

  • תואר ראשון בכלכלה / מנהל עסקים עם התמחות במימון - חובה
  • ידע וניסיון מקצועי:
  • ניסיון עסקי באשראי הכולל עבודה מול לקוחות עסקיים - חובה
  • הבנה מעמיקה וניסיון בניתוח דוחות כספיים של חברות - חובה
  • ידע במדיניות, נהלים ותהליכי אשראי - חובה
  • מיומנויות טכניות:
  • שליטה מלאה ב-Excel ברמה גבוהה .
  • מערכות: היכרות עם מערכות ליבה בנקאיות. ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות הבנק (אופק, אד"א, אוצר).
