Operador Júnior - Área Telecom

A dbm Contact Center está em busca de um Operador Jr para se juntar à nossa equipe na área de Telecom Comercial. Se você é apaixonado(a) por atendimento ao cliente e possui habilidades de comunicação excepcionais, essa é a oportunidade perfeita para você!

Bonificação: de até R$ 998,00 (conforme métricas estipuladas) Salário compativel com a função

Suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento telefônico e via WhatsApp aos futuros clientes;
  • Registros em CRM e discador;
  • Cumprir os requisitos do formulário de qualidade;
  • Oferecer soluções personalizadas, ouvindo atentamente as necessidades dos clientes;
  • Prospecção receptiva, de novos clientes, apresentando nossos serviços de forma atrativa;
  • Contribuir com ideias criativas para aprimorar a experiência do cliente;
  • Manter comunicação eficaz com a equipe interna para garantir fluidez nas operações.
  • Valorizamos a diversidade e oferecemos oportunidades inclusivas para todos os públicos, garantindo um ambiente acolhedor e equitativo.

Para essa vaga, você precisa ter:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita impecáveis;
  • Proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (pacote Office).
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou vendas é um diferencial.
