DBS Tyre Management Group groeit. Nieuwe vestigingen, impactvolle overnames en meer dan 240 collega's die we verder willen helpen groeien. Van verzuimbegeleiding tot de integratie van nieuwe vestigingen, bij ons komt alles voorbij.

En juist daarom zoeken wij een ervaren HR-adviseur die zich in dit dynamische landschap thuis voelt. Iemand die de operationele kant vast pakt, maar ook vooruitkijkt en ons helpt structuur aan te brengen.

Salaris: €4.500 - €6.000 per maand Uren: 40 uur per week (fulltime) Locatie: Oud-Beijerland Extra's: Auto (of mobiliteitsvergoeding), telefoon, goed pensioen en 25% personeelskorting CAO: Banden- en Wielen

Jouw uitdaging Binnen DBS ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze collega's, maar ook de sparringpartner voor onze filiaal managers, de directie en je HR-collega. En dat komt omdat jij de persoon bent die overal wat van weet: van salarisverwerking tot de cultuur op de werkvloer. In een groeiend bedrijf met nieuwe vestigingen en impactvolle overnames zit je in het middelpunt van verandering. Je moet flexibel schakelen tussen operationeel werk, dossiers, administratie, advies op de werkvloer en vooruitkijken over hoe we DBS en de mensen kunnen blijven ontwikkelen. Dit vraagt om iemand die keuzes durft te maken en weet wanneer welk project prioriteit en aandacht moet krijgen. Je gaat bijv. aan de slag met:

  • Verzuimtrajecten (spoor 1 en 2) begeleiden en arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers zelfstandig aanpakken;
  • Samen met je collega AFAS beheren en verder inzetten om de workflows rondom HR te professionaliseren;
  • Bij elke overname en integratie: arbeidsvoorwaarden harmoniseren en teams samenvoegen;
  • De vestigingen en leidinggevende faciliteren met jouw HR-kennis, ze weten jou te vinden;
  • HR-rapportages leveren aan de directie en meedenken over de strategische personeelsplanning en het uitbouwen van een DBS-cultuur.

Is dit jouw profiel? Jij wordt warm van complexe vraagstukken, maar bent ook gewoon graag bezig met de dagelijkse HR-taken. Je bent een echte allrounder en hebt bij voorkeur gewerkt bij een organisatie met meerdere vestigingen of in een blue collar-omgeving. Verder:

  • Heb je minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare brede HR-rol;
  • Heb je veel kennis en ervaring met AFAS;
  • Is verzuim één van je expertises en ga je dit onderwerp absoluut niet uit de weg;
  • Zie je overal kansen om te optimaliseren en ben je nieuwsgierig naar wat AI voor HR kan betekenen;
  • En omdat jij graag je gezicht laat zien op onze vestigingen is een Rijbewijs B een vereiste.
