Jij bent de schakel tussen klant en monteur; jij zorgt dat de klant zich gehoord voelt, dat de planning klopt en dat de monteurs kunnen doen waar ze goed in zijn. Dat doe je in een jonge, diverse ploeg waar je gewaardeerd wordt en niemand een grap uit de weg gaat. En elke vrijdag? Dan staan de bitterballen klaar, het bier koud en als het weer meewerkt gaat de BBQ aan.

Salaris: €2.750 tot €3.500 bruto per maand Uren: 40 uur per week Locatie: Dordrecht Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen (extra dagen afhankelijk van leeftijd) Contract: Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast

Zonder jou loopt de werkplaats vast Je begint de dag met een overzicht van de planning. De eerste klant staat al aan de balie, jij verwelkomt ze, luistert naar het verhaal en zorgt dat de monteurs weten wat er moet gebeuren. Tussendoor beantwoord je telefoons, verwerk je orders en houd je klantdossiers bij. De ene keer geef je een kostenraming door aan een vaste klant, de andere keer stel je een bezorgde rijder gerust over zijn grote beurt. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat elke klant met een goed gevoel wegrijdt. Aan het einde van de dag sluit jij de boel netjes af.

Jij hoeft ons niks te bewijzen Maar voor de volledigheid: je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je bent administratief sterk, communicatief vaardig en hebt affiniteit met auto's. Je verkoopt alleen wat de klant echt nodig heeft, niet meer, niet minder. Bij ons is alles bespreekbaar zolang je positief ingesteld bent en het beste voor de klant vooropstelt.
