VAGA DISPONÍVEL: ANALISTA DE QUALIDADE

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  1. Realizar inspeções de qualidade em produtos e componentes, contemplando inspeção visual, dimensional e funcional, conforme desenhos técnicos, especificações, normas e critérios de qualidade estabelecidos;
  2. Identificar, registrar e tratar não conformidades de produto e processo, realizando análise das ocorrências e acompanhando as ações corretivas e preventivas;
  3. Receber os inputs provenientes das inspeções de processo e produto, propondo correções, melhorias e posterior padronização em Instruções de Trabalho (ITs);
  4. Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizadas Instruções de Trabalho, procedimentos e documentos relacionados ao processo produtivo e à qualidade;
  5. Realizar o acompanhamento dos registros de qualidade de produto, incluindo TMNC – Tratamento de Material Não Conforme, garantindo o follow-up das ações e respectivos prazos;
  6. Atuar na interface entre Qualidade, Produção e Engenharia, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas à montagem e aos requisitos de projeto e solicitando, quando necessário, apoio da Engenharia de Projetos;
  7. Apoiar a realização de reuniões de passagem de bastão de projetos da Engenharia para a Produção, contribuindo para o alinhamento dos requisitos técnicos e de qualidade;
  8. Atuar como canal de comunicação entre Produção e Inspeção/Controle da Qualidade Final, analisando listas de pendências e acompanhando as correções necessárias para liberação dos produtos para reinspeção;
  9. Realizar análise de causas de não conformidades, utilizando ferramentas da qualidade para identificação de causa raiz e definição de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  10. Apoiar a análise de indicadores de qualidade, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e contribuindo para a redução de não conformidades e retrabalhos;
  11. Garantir o cumprimento dos critérios e padrões de qualidade definidos para os produtos e processos sob sua responsabilidade.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  1. Formação superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletroeletrônica, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  2. Desejável formação técnica em Elétrica, Eletroeletrônica, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas;
  3. Facilidade para trabalhar com métodos e processos, e possuir aptidão para trabalhar com dados e informações para análise de causa raiz;
  4. Experiência com leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, especificações e critérios de inspeção;
  5. Conhecimento em elaboração e revisão de Instruções de Trabalho, procedimentos e documentos da qualidade;
  6. Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com comunicação assertiva.
  7. Residir em Pindamonhangaba ou cidades próximas.
