Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung und Begleitung von Kundenprojekten und betrieblichen Maßnahmen
  • Qualitäts- und Terminsteuerung
  • Prüfung von Prozessen und Anlagen im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Energieeffizienz
  • Abnehmen vereinbarter Leistungen der Servicepartner
  • Koordination von Entstörungsmaßnahmen, Schadens- und Eilaufträgen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Servicepartnern
  • Disponieren, führen und kontrollieren von Mitarbeitern und Servicepartnern

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Fachrichtung Elektro-, HKLS oder Kältetechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei Instandhaltung von Versorgungstechnik (bevorzugt im Rechenzentrumsumfeld)
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Installation und Betrieb von optischer Nachrichtentechnik LWL (bevorzugt im Rechenzentrumsumfeld)
  • sicherer und serviceorientierter Umgang mit Kunden und Servicepartnern
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS365 Office Lösungen Anwendungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hands-On-Mentalität
  • hohes Maß an Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • Bereitschaft für Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
