Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Programas, para atução na área Logística, com visão sistêmica, capacidade de articulação executiva e experiência na condução de programas estratégicos envolvendo múltiplos projetos e áreas de negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia:Alinhamento estratégico: Conectar os objetivos do programa à visão de longo prazo e à estratégia global da empresa.Gestão de dependências: Controlar as interconexões, impactos e sinergias entre os diferentes projetos que compõem o programa.Alocação de recursos: Administrar orçamentos consolidados e o compartilhamento de recursos (humanos, materiais e financeiros) entre as equipes.Planejamento do programa: Desenvolver a estratégia-mãe, o cronograma macro e as diretrizes gerais de execução.Gerenciamento de riscos e gargalos: Identificar riscos sistêmicos que afetam múltiplos projetos e define planos de contingência ou ações corretivas.Monitoramento de KPIs e ROI: Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho globais e o retorno sobre o investimento do programa.Engajamento de stakeholders: Manter a comunicação alinhada com a alta liderança, patrocinadores e partes interessadas de alto nível.Facilitação e colaboração: Promover a integração entre líderes de projeto e equipes multidisciplinares, artefatos de projeto, quando aplicáveis, tais como termo de abertura, plano de projeto, registros de riscos, mudanças, atas, lições aprendidas e documentação de encerramento.Gerenciar expectativas e prontidão das diversas áreas do cliente.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência, liderando projetos estratégicos e multidepartamentaisExperiência em comunicação e negociação com stakeholders de diferentes níveis hierárquicos, em especial nível executivo.Experiência em plataformas ERP (SAP, TOTVS e suas integrações)Experiência na condução de programas de elevada complexidadeProficiência em metodologias de gestão de projetos (ágil, tradicional, híbrido).Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetosExperiência em MS Office avançadoHabilidades de liderança, gestão de conflitos e negociação.Experiência em controlar orçamentos e recursos.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de tempo.Atitude pró-ativa, senso de dono e foco no cliente e resultados.Capacidade de realizar análise de riscos e gestão de portfólio de projetos.

Conhecimento sobre gestão de mudanças e como impactam os programas.Experiência em programas estratégicos multi departamentais, tais como M&A, Transformação Digital ou Organizacional em larga escala etc.

Informações adicionais

Formação em Engenharia, Administração, TI ou áreas correlatas.Certificações desejáveis: PMP® ou CAPM® , ou certificações em métodos ágeis (Scrum Master). Certificação PgMP® .Certificado PMI-PMOCPTM .Inglês intermediário.
