Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Je bent gastvrij naar onze patiënten en flexibel in de uitvoering van je taken;
  • Je bent empathisch en patiëntgericht en zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken;
  • Het is een pre als je ervaring hebt met het specialisme dermatologie, maar ook zonder ervaring met dit specialisme ben je van harte welkom om te reageren;
  • Je beschikt over een diploma doktersassistent en hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een zelfstandig behandelcentrum, ziekenhuis of huisartsenpraktijk.

Bij DC Klinieken leveren we kwalitatieve zorg met aandacht voor de patiënt. Om dit te blijven waarborgen doen we bij nieuwe medewerkers een referentiecheck bij voorgaande werkgevers en vragen we om een recente positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG).

  • Je ontvangt een bruto uurloon tussen € 16,54 en € 25,07 (FWG 40, cao ZKN). De exacte inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring;
  • Ben je in het bezit van de specialisatie dermatologie en heb je ervaring als doktersassistent binnen de dermatologie? Dan kun je worden ingeschaald in FWG 45, met een bruto uurloon tussen € 18,76 en € 27,52;
  • Je krijgt al bij de start een warm welkom. We hechten veel waarde aan een goede introductieperiode, zodat je je thuis voelt en de werkzaamheden zelfverzekerd kunt uitvoeren;
  • We luisteren naar jouw inbreng en proberen er ook écht iets mee te doen. Je krijgt snel antwoord op je vragen. We hebben een platte organisatie en de lijnen zijn kort;
  • Je krijgt volop gelegenheid tot extra (bij)scholing, verdieping en verbreding. We hebben veel aandacht voor opleiding, ontwikkeling en vitaliteit. Je hebt onder andere onbeperkt toegang tot onze online leeromgeving DC Academy;
  • We hebben aandacht voor jouw werk-privébalans: je hebt geen bereikbaarheidsdiensten en bent op alle feestdagen vrij;
