Bij DC Klinieken werken we aan zorg op het hoogste niveau. Om dit te blijven waarborgen voeren we bij nieuwe medewerkers die in dienst komen een referentiecheck uit bij voorgaande werkgevers en vragen we een recente positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG).

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een informele werksetting bij een kliniek waar kwaliteit, gastvrijheid en tijd voor de patiënt centraal staan.
  • Een salaris volgens de cao ZKN schaal 50. Afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring is het startsalaris minimaal € 3.545,- bruto en maximaal € 5.395,- bruto op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
  • Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot onze online leeromgeving DC Academy.
  • Je start met een tijdelijk contract op basis van 24 uur (aantal uur is naar jouw keuze) per week met uitzicht op een vaste baan.
  • Geen bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Je bent alle feestdagen vrij.
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), 160 vakantie-uren per jaar, 72 PLB (persoonlijk levensfasebudget)-uren per jaar bij een vast dienstverband, een fietsplan en een sportabonnement.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van 0,25 cent per km met een max van 50 km enkele reis of een volledige vergoeding voor reizen met het ov voor woon-werkverkeer.
  • Werken in een omgeving waar ontwikkeling en vitaliteit gestimuleerd wordt.
