职位描述 我们正在寻找热爱AI创作、具备优秀内容洞察能力和产品思维的AIGC内容运营，加入懂车帝AI创作团队。你将深度参与AI内容生产体系建设，通过AIGC工具和工作流创新，帮助创作者降低创作门槛、提升生产效率，推动汽车内容生态进入AI创作时代。 主要职责 1、负责汽车内容场景下AIGC创作能力建设，探索AI在图文、短视频、数字人、AI短剧等领域的创新应用； 2、搭建和持续优化AIGC内容生产工作流（Workflow），提升内容生产效率和规模化复制能力； 3、负责Prompt工程优化，通过持续测试和迭代提升生成内容质量和稳定性； 4、结合平台创作者需求，沉淀AIGC创作方法论、案例库和最佳实践； 5、分析AIGC内容数据表现，优化创作策略，提升内容消费指标和创作者使用率； 6、跟踪国内外AIGC行业动态和新产品趋势，推动优秀能力在懂车帝业务中的落地应用； 7、联动产品、算法、研发团队，推动AI创作工具和能力迭代升级。

任职要求 基础要求 1、本科及以上学历，具备优秀内容策划能力和创意能力，AI短剧、AI动画、AI视频创作相关经验优先； 2、对AIGC行业保持高度关注，深度体验过主流AI创作工具，有丰富AIGC创作经验，拥有个人AI创作账号者优先； 3、具备Prompt Engineering实战经验，能够独立完成Prompt设计、测试和优化； 4、有成熟Workflow搭建经验者优先，包括但不限于：内容选题工作流、AI视频生成工作流、批量内容生产工作流、Agent工作流； 5、有较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新模型、新工具和新工作流。
