1、大学本科及以上学历，5年及以上工作经验； 2、逻辑清晰，学习能力强，具备数字敏感性，擅长数据分析； 3、有宏观视角、有全局意识，责任心强；财务专业扎实，并且可以熟练应用解决业务问题； 4、具有良好的逻辑思维能力、领悟能力、沟通能力以及独立处理事务的能力，抗压性好，对业务有好奇心和探索精神，高度的自我驱动和结果导向； 5、熟练使用办公软件如Excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先； 6、持相关专业证书者优先。
