1、基于商家经营数据，设计并迭代商家分层模型，明确各层级商家核心特征与差异化运营策略（激励、权益、培训等），驱动商家活跃经营与平台粘性提升； 2、搭建商家生命周期管理体系，明确商入驻-成长-成熟-沉默各阶段的运营SOP，通过数据监测识别关键节点，及时干预提升商家留存与活跃； 3、围绕商家交易核心指标，联动网销、交付、金融等业务模块，结合平台产品能力及运营策略，驱动商家提升经营表现，优化商家交易全链路效率； 4、推动商家合规经营落地（公户合作、车源全检上架、成交数据回传等），建立合规考核与巡检机制，管控违规风险，保障商家经营质量及平台规则落地； 5、建立运营数据体系，通过数据分析和复盘持续迭代运营策略，持续优化商家经营体验和经营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网、电商或汽车行业商家运营经验； 2、有商家分层、商家激励或权益体系0-1搭建的经验，熟悉平台型、电商型业务的商家生态与经营痛点； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，能独立完成商家画像构建、指标监控与业务诊断并制定运营策略； 4、优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，可并行推进多线程项目，能够推动复杂项目落地，适配快节奏业务环境； 5、有二手车、汽车电商、本地生活、平台商家运营经验者优先。
