1、负责门店智能体核心业务指标的监控体系搭建与日常运营，围绕成交、周转、毛利、人效等关键经营指标建立分层监控与异常预警机制，快速识别业务波动并完成归因分析，为门店经营决策提供数据支撑； 2、负责 AI 与人工的对照实验设计与效果评估，通过科学的实验设计和统计分析方法（A/B 测试、因果推断等），持续量化 AI 智能体对门店成交、库存周转、毛利及人效的实际贡献，建立从业务结果到模型能力、执行链路的全链路分层归因体系，并沉淀可复用的度量方法与评估框架； 3、结合 Agent 执行链路与二手车门店业务场景，深入分析智能体在线索获取、客户跟进、车辆推荐、议价成交等环节的效果表现，输出经营效果分析与问题定位报告，明确改进方向并驱动模型与产品迭代，持续提升 AI 对业务的价值贡献。

1、计算机、统计学、数学、经济学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的统计分析、实验设计、数据挖掘等理论基础，熟悉因果推断、A/B 测试等方法论，并有相关数据分析工作经验； 2、熟练使用 SQL 等数据库查询语言，精通 Python（或 R）等数据处理与分析语言，具备独立完成数据提取、清洗、建模与结论输出的完整闭环能力，有数据驱动业务增长或效果评估的成功实战经验； 3、敏锐的业务洞察能力和良好的商业敏感度，能够理解二手车门店经营逻辑与 Agent 执行链路，面对复杂的业务问题能够整合资源、梳理逻辑，独立完成效果评估与问题定位，并沉淀体系化解决方案，提炼通用能力反哺产品与业务迭代。
