1、2-3年以上头部MCN/品牌自播/大厂直播交易投放操盘经验，熟悉抖音直播算法流量逻辑； 2、核心硬性能力：有盘活低流量、低转化低效账号的真实成功案例，能独立把烂账号做高场观、高精准流量、高成交； 3、具备极强数据判断力，不盲目堆预算，能精准定位素材、人群、承接、投放问题并对症下药； 4、直播全程专注、主动优化、抗压性强，对最终投产结果负责。 5、精通千川精细化投放，懂付费撬动自然流，实现双向流量增长。 优先条件 有百万月GMV、单场高投产操盘经验，有0-1起号、逆风救盘标杆案例者优先。
