1、本科及以上学历，热爱汽车，赛道/跑山/越野/改装类玩家优先考虑，网感强，对UGC类内容和社区有一定的消费和使用习惯； 2、3年及以上用户运营经验，抗压能力强，接受出差，能力突出可以适当放宽条件。沟通表达与责任心在线； 3、有较强的独立思考能力，能深刻理解年轻用户群体（尤其汽车用户）的兴趣、行为及社交偏好，并据此制定有效的运营策略。
