The posting

1、负责懂车帝车后 ToB、ToC 业务研发，覆盖交易履约、门店经营等场景，参与需求澄清、任务拆解、技术方案设计与落地，推动需求端到端交付； 2、以服务端开发为专业基础，完成接口、数据模型及业务逻辑开发，并结合需求完成必要的前端页面、交互及接口联调，保障系统高效、稳定运行； 3、将 AI 工具用于代码理解、方案探索、编码、测试与问题排查，能够审查生成结果、解释实现原理并验证正确性，提升研发效率与交付质量； 4、负责所承接需求的自测、发布及线上验证，覆盖主流程、异常路径和边界条件，通过日志、监控及业务数据确认上线效果，及时定位和处理问题； 5、配合产品及业务团队解决业务痛点，建设可复用的服务组件，支持 AI 能力在业务场景中的工程化落地；推动跨团队协作，对高风险问题主动寻求专业评审。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年及以上后端开发经验，具备向全栈研发拓展的意愿与学习能力； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础、代码设计与编码能力，理解计算机原理、数据结构与算法；熟练掌握 Linux 环境下 Python、Go（Golang）、C/C++、Java 中至少一种编程语言，具备实际业务系统开发经验； 3、熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis、Memcache 等数据库或缓存技术，熟悉消息队列等常用 Web 组件，能够完成数据模型、服务接口设计及问题排查，理解数据一致性、性能与可靠性的基本要求； 4、能够理解从页面交互、接口调用到数据存储的完整链路，结合 AI 工具学习相邻技术栈，完成需求所需的前后端开发与联调；有 H5或小程序开发经验者优先； 5、具备 AI 辅助研发实践，能提供必要的业务与技术上下文，判断生成方案及代码的适用性，通过代码审查、测试和真实环境验证结果，对最终交付质量负责； 6、具备功能测试、调试及线上排障能力，理解发布、监控与回滚流程，能够识别权限、安全、隐私等风险，并及时寻求专业支持； 7、具备良好的产品意识、沟通协作能力和责任感，能够在目标与边界基本明确时自主推进需求；学习主动，愿意关注并实践 AI 与软件工程新技术。

加分项 1、有高并发或复杂业务系统设计与实现经验； 2、有汽车行业、支付、交易履约、订单、库存或门店 SaaS 研发经验； 3、有跨栈需求端到端交付、自动化测试或研发工具建设经验； 4、了解 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等 AI 框架，或有 AI 应用工程化落地经验。
