1、策略体系搭建：基于汽车用户全生命周期，搭建分层、分场景运营策略体系持续提升用户活跃度、留存； 2、用户深度洞察：剖析首购/增换购、新能源/燃油车等不同用户群体的行为与需求，结合行业趋势（新车、政策等）挖掘Push内容切入点，提升内容匹配度； 3、数据驱动优化：围绕Push数据持续优化监测体系（发送率、到达率、CTR、转化率等指标），通过A/B测试、画像分析优化推送时机、频率等，沉淀可复用方法论； 4、跨部门协同：联动内容、产品、市场、数据等部门，对齐Push内容方向、推动功能优化、落地整合运营活动，保障策略与业务目标一致。

1、工作经验：本科及以上，5年+互联网运营经验，有垂直平台Push或增长运营经验者优先，具备用户画像搭建或个性化推荐经验。 2、用户认知：深刻理解用户决策链路与需求差异，能对不同阶段用户进行精准分层并制定拉活策略； 3、专业能力：具备Push策略搭建及分层/场景化运营经验，精通数据分析（Excel/SQL优先），能通过数据优化策略，有优质Push内容策划判断力。
