1. 负责懂车帝公域UGC内容生态建设，熟悉平台低质、优质内容分类体系，通过机器识别、人工审核等方式，完成细分内容策略的识别落地； 2. 与上下游深度合作与沟通，理解推荐和流量分发机制，以长期建设健康良性的平台生态为目标，优化内容识别规则与策略，提升识别准召； 3. 对优质内容有一定的判断力和敏感度，能够基于业务数据，进行内容效果监控、评估、分析、反馈，与版权方高预期拉新剧； 4. 根据懂车帝大盘UGC业务场景需求，完成不同模型、策略的效果验证与持续优化，以提升用玩类内容的分发效率。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上内容标签运营、数据分析相关经验，具备算法团队协作落地项目的实践经历；​​ 2、具备快速学习能力，跨团队沟通协调能力、项目推进执行力； 3、有大模型prompt撰写及方案落地经验。
