Er du god til at holde styr på mange sager på én gang og få dem lukket? Så har vi jobbet.

Vi søger en medarbejder til vores reklamationsafdeling. Jobbet handler om sagsbehandling, kundeservice og kontakt til leverandører. Det er ikke en IT-supportstilling: Du skal ikke løse IT-problemer for brugere eller drive helpdesk.

Det laver du

  • Opretter reklamationssager og modtager de defekte produkter fra vores kunder
  • Sender sagerne videre til leverandører og producenter i hele EU og følger op, til de er afsluttet med kreditering, ombytning eller reparation
  • Besvarer kundernes spørgsmål på mail og telefon om ordrer, levering og igangværende sager
  • Laver enkle kontroller af defekte produkter. Det er en lille del af jobbet
  • Bidrager til forbedring af arbejdsgangene i afdelingen, når du ser noget, der kan gøres enklere

Det forventer vi

  • Erfaring med kundeservice eller sagsbehandling, gerne reklamationer, fra e-handel, detailhandel, grossist eller logistik
  • At du arbejder struktureret og holder styr på mange åbne sager på én gang
  • At du skriver klart på dansk og engelsk, fordi mange leverandører er udenlandske
  • At du er vant til at arbejde i IT-systemer. Du behøver ikke en IT-uddannelse
