  • Ensure test failures and test anomalies are captured, assessed and closed through controlled operational quality processes.
  • Report operational quality status, blocked hardware, supplier escalations, customer-impacting issues and repeat defects to the COO.

Operational scope

  • Product Quality: FAI execution, product release readiness, internal non-conformances and manufacturing / integration quality risks.
  • Supplier Quality: supplier NCRs, supplier RCCA, supplier escalations, supplier audits and incoming supplier performance.
  • Incoming Quality: execution of receiving inspection, documentation completeness, traceability verification and quarantine control.
  • Testing Quality: acceptance and qualification test evidence, test anomaly quality handling and quality release of test evidence.
  • People Leadership: resource planning, priorities, development and performance management of the operational quality team.

Candidate background

  • Extensive experience in operational quality management, supplier quality, NCR/RCCA processes, incoming inspection, test quality, and quality release activities.
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of EN9100/AS9100 principles, FAI, traceability, and supplier quality management
  • Strong communication skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement (Lean SixSigma Black Belt are a plus) and operational excellence across the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
