De Bree Solutions is een dynamisch bedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met milieubeheer, industriële reiniging, afval- en groenrecyclage, grond- en waterzuivering. Wat ons écht uniek maakt, is dat we alles in huis hebben voor een totaaloplossing, met de allernieuwste technieken. Particulieren, bedrijven en overheden vertrouwen op onze expertise.

We zijn op zoek naar een weegbrugbediende die graag klantencontact combineert met administratieve taken.

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Als weegbrugbediende ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op onze site. Je ontvangt chauffeurs en bezoekers, bedient de weegbrug en zorgt ervoor dat de bijhorende administratie correct wordt verwerkt.

Jouw taken:

  • Bedienen van de weegbrug en ontvangen van chauffeurs.
  • Bezoekers onthalen en de juiste medewerker informeren over hun aankomst.
  • Correct registreren van alle inkomende en uitgaande afvalstromen.
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefonie en professioneel te woord staan van klanten.
  • Verstrekken van informatie aan klanten en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking met algemene administratieve taken.

Je werkt voltijds en start je werkdag tussen 7.00 en 7.30 uur.

  • Je hebt minimum een A2 diploma en minstens 2 jaar administratieve werkervaring.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kan prioriteiten stellen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je blijft rustig en efficiënt functioneren, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en punctueel en je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent computervaardig.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
