Als communicatiemedewerker werk je organisatiebreed en ondersteun je de verschillende teams van De Hulster bij hun interne en externe communicatie. Je draagt bij aan een herkenbare en samenhangende communicatie, maakt onze werking en zorgverlening zichtbaar en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling en vernieuwing van onze communicatie.

Hoofdopdrachten:

  • Communicatiestrategie en organisatie-identiteit
  • Interne en externe communicatie
  • Samenwerking en kennisdeling
  • Innovatie en digitalisering

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in communicatie, communicatiemanagement of een aanverwante richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring binnen het communicatievakgebied.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je ervaring met interne en externe communicatie en het beheren van verschillende communicatiekanalen;
  • beschik je over sterke redactionele vaardigheden en schrijf je helder, correct en toegankelijk;
  • heb je ervaring met websitebeheer, sociale media en digitale communicatietoepassingen;
  • kun je werken met grafische toepassingen en heb je gevoel voor vormgeving en huisstijl;
  • kun je een bredere communicatieaanpak uitwerken en deze vertalen naar concrete acties;
  • ben je creatief en ga je actief op zoek naar verhalen en mogelijkheden om de organisatie zichtbaar te maken;
  • werk je gestructureerd en kun je prioriteiten stellen; neem je initiatief en werk je zelfstandig en resultaatgericht;
  • werk je verbindend en kun je vlot samenwerken met medewerkers uit verschillende teams en disciplines;
  • ben je flexibel en kun je inspelen op veranderende noden en ontwikkelingen;
  • heb je affiniteit met de geestelijke gezondheidszorg en een mensgerichte en inclusieve visie;
  • ga je discreet en zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
