Om jobbet

Som ungarbejder hos os bliver din vigtigste opgave at være sammen med vores beboere og bidrage til gode oplevelser i hverdagen. Du er med til at skabe liv, varme og fællesskab på Tingager.

Dine opgaver kan blandt andet være:

  • Læse højt for en eller flere beboere
  • Gå ture sammen med beboerne
  • Spille spil og skabe hyggelige stunder
  • Spille musik eller synge for og med beboerne
  • Hjælpe til ved mindre aktiviteter og arrangementer

Arbejdstiden planlægger vi, så den passer ind i din hverdag. Du kan arbejde både på hverdage og i weekender, dog maksimalt 6 timer om ugen. Du får naturligvis løn for de timer, du arbejder.

Opstart sker efter nærmere aftale.

Vi søger dig, som:

  • Er mellem 15 og 17 år
  • Har lyst til at være en del af beboernes hverdag
  • Er omsorgsfuld og interesseret i mennesker
  • Er initiativrig og kan tage ansvar
  • Er åben, imødekommende og møder andre med et smil

For at sikre, at du kommer godt fra start, får du tilknyttet en mentor blandt vores faste medarbejdere. Din mentor hjælper dig med at falde til og introducerer dig til arbejdet på plejehjemmet.
