The posting

We zoeken een Technical Lead / Technisch Coördinator: iemand die technisch sterk is, overzicht bewaart en de brug vormt tussen planning, techniek en klant.

Dit is geen klassieke plannersfunctie en ook geen pure leidinggevende rol van achter een bureau. Je bent in de eerste plaats ons technisch inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt. Wanneer een installatie, interventie of storing complexer is dan normaal, ben jij degene die mee analyseert, vragen stelt en helpt bepalen wat de beste oplossing is.

Je combineert technische diepgang met organisatie, coaching en klantencontact. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd werk je samen met de techniekers op het terrein. De andere helft gebruik je om het werk voor te bereiden, technische cases uit te klaren, de ploeg te ondersteunen en ervoor te zorgen dat planning en techniek goed op elkaar aansluiten. Voor deze functie zoeken we geen klassieke planner die toevallig technisch aangelegd is.

We zoeken iemand die technisch sterk genoeg is om ook voor ervaren techniekers een inhoudelijk referentiepunt te zijn. Je technische geloofwaardigheid is belangrijk. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk alles al meegemaakt te hebben, maar je begrijpt techniek snel, kunt systemen analyseren en bent sterk in logisch foutzoeken.

Een hogere technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld een professionele bachelor elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting, is daarom een sterke basis. Een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring kan uiteraard even waardevol zijn.

Daarnaast verwachten we dat je al voldoende professionele ervaring hebt om zelfstandig beslissingen te kunnen nemen. Dit is geen startersfunctie.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt het normaal om de ene dag een technisch probleem op locatie mee op te lossen en de volgende dag achter een computer een interventie voor te bereiden of technische documentatie te structureren.

Je communiceert bovendien vlot. Met techniekers praat je technisch en concreet. Met klanten kun je een probleem rustig uitklaren zonder hen met technische details te overladen. En intern kun je duidelijk aangeven wat nodig is om een opdracht goed uit te voeren.

Je hoeft geen geschoolde teamcoach te zijn, we zoeken vooral iemand die mensen kan meenemen door kennis, gezond verstand, duidelijkheid en technisch inzicht.
