Ben jij een projectmanager met een technische achtergrond, een masterdiploma en een passie voor infrastructuur en duurzame mobiliteit? Wil je meewerken aan baanbrekende projecten zoals de bouw van de stelplaatsen van de toekomst, grootschalige spoorvernieuwingsprojecten in Oost- en West Vlaanderen of nog de premetro in Antwerpen? Dan is deze rol als Projectmanager Infrastructuur iets voor jou!

Jobomschrijving

Als Projectmanager Infrastructuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en realisatie van grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid en zorgt ervoor dat de belangen van De Lijn worden gewaarborgd gedurende de volledige projectcyclus – van concept tot uitvoering.

Jouw taken:

  • Coördineren & opvolgen van investeringsprojecten zoals spoor- en busstationsvernieuwingen, stelplaatsen en vernieuwingen of uitbreidingen aan het premetronet.
  • Functioneel aansturen van interne en externe experts om projectdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Afstemmen & onderhandelen met interne klanten, lokale overheden, vergunningsverlenende instanties en andere stakeholders.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit en regelgeving, inclusief de Wetgeving op Overheidsopdrachten.
  • Proactief meedenken en sturen om projecten efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken.

Je bent een ervaren projectmanager met een bouwkundige achtergrond en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en innovatie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en praktijk en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te krijgen.

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen infrastructuur of bouw, bij voorkeur met relevante ervaring bij alle fases van het traject van opmaak van het programma van eisen en concept tot realisatie en overdracht aan de business.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma. Een achtergrond in bouwkunde, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare richting is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe technische materie helder over te brengen.
  • Kennis van overheidsopdrachten en wetgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en in staat om binnen een multidisciplinair team te werken.
