Je ondersteunt hen bij de verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten en hebt aandacht voor wat voor hen belangrijk is. Door jouw aanwezigheid, zorg en betrokkenheid kunnen bewoners rekenen op een vertrouwde omgeving waarin ze zich veilig en gewaardeerd voelen.

Binnen Maasmeander werk je samen met collega's die dezelfde passie delen voor kwaliteitsvolle ouderenzorg. Je krijgt de kans om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met bewoners en hun familie en draagt actief bij aan hun comfort en levenskwaliteit.

Maasmeander staat bekend om zijn warme, familiale sfeer en sterke aandacht voor welzijn. Bewoners worden omringd door een betrokken zorgteam en kunnen rekenen op een gevarieerd aanbod aan activiteiten. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • ondersteunen van bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners;
  • bijdragen aan een veilige en aangename leefomgeving;
  • samenwerken met verpleegkundigen en andere collega's binnen het multidisciplinaire team;
  • opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met bewoners en hun naasten.

Je bent een zorgkundige met een warm hart voor ouderen. Je werkt respectvol, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van bewoners in hun dagelijks leven. Dankzij jouw positieve ingesteldheid en zorgzame aanpak draag je mee bij aan een omgeving waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma en visum als zorgkundige;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • affiniteit met de ouderenzorg;
  • een professionele en bewonersgerichte houding;
  • bereidheid om te werken volgens een variabel uurrooster.
