Audit Coordination: Organise and support internal and external audits, accreditation visits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with academic and professional services teams, providing guidance on quality assurance processes, accreditation requirements, and compliance activities. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen institutional effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and the overall quality of academic and administrative operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting, alongside strong skills in Word and PowerPoint. Sound understanding of quality assurance principles, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance within higher education. Excellent organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information professionally. Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attestation and UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) qualification equivalency/recognition for their academic certificates, where applicable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
