ORGANISATIE:

vzw De Oever biedt veranderingsgerichte, professionele ondersteuning aan gezinnen en jongeren in situaties waarin de ontwikkelkansen of veiligheid van kinderen en jongeren ernstig bedreigd zijn. We bieden contextbegeleiding al dan niet in combinatie met verblijf. We kiezen expliciet voor Signs of Safety als benaderingsmodel voor alle trajecten van onze jongeren en gezinnen. In de residentiële teams zetten we sterk in op de ontwikkeling van waakzame zorg en nieuwe autoriteit.

160 medewerkers helpen een 300-tal kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen de nodige krachten te vinden om zich optimaal te ontplooien, in te zetten op veiligheid en/of welzijn en opnieuw maatschappelijke aansluiting te vinden. We begeleiden vanuit Hasselt gezinnen in heel de provincie Limburg en soms ook ver daarbuiten.

Om ons stafteam te versterken zoeken we een Stafmedewerker Beleid, Kwaliteit en Projectontwikkeling.

OPDRACHT:

In deze strategische en operationele rol ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het organisatiebeleid, het kwaliteitsbeleid en diverse veranderings en ontwikkelingsprojecten binnen De Oever. Daarnaast neem je een trekkende rol op in de verdere uitbouw en realisatie van de reconversie van onze puber- en adolescente werking

Je werkt nauw samen met het directieteam, coaches, collega-stafmedewerkers, begeleiders vanuit diverse rollen en externe partners. Vanuit een verbindende en participatieve houding zorg je ervoor dat strategische keuzes worden vertaald naar concrete werkprocessen, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en innovatieve hulpverleningsconcepten.

• kan je beleidskeuzes vertalen naar concrete processen, instrumenten en werkafspraken;

• heb je ervaring met projectmatig werken en het begeleiden van complexe veranderingsprocessen;

• werk je participatief en verbindend samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders;

• heb je interesse in digitalisering, innovatie en informatieveiligheid;

• draag je de missie, visie en waarden van De Oever actief uit
