The posting

Als Jeugdprofessional bij Scala werk je dichtbij kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen en maak je elke dag zichtbaar verschil. Achter elke hulpvraag zit een verhaal. En jij zoekt de passende ondersteuning die op dat moment nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

Als jeugdprofessional werk je met een eigen caseload en begeleid je kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen bij opvoed- en opgroeivraagstukken. Je werkt oplossingsgericht en versterkt de gezinnen met als doel hen terug in hun kracht te zetten. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met het netwerk van het gezin zelf, collega’s, gedragswetenschappers en partners in de wijk. Binnen Scala werken we met vier verschillende teams/fases: toegang, analyse, hulpverlening en regie.

Afhankelijk van jouw rol en expertise werk je binnen één van de fases.

  • Team Toegang: Je doet de eerste screening, verkent de hulpvraag samen met het gezin en geeft advies of de hulpvraag passend is binnen het wijkteam. (Tijdelijk vervuld)
  • Team Analyse: Je analyseert de hulpvraag en gezinssituatie, schrijft een ondersteuningsplan en doet hierin een advies t.a.v. passende hulpverlening. (Tijdelijk vervuld)
  • Team Hulpverlenen: Je komt in actie en biedt methodische hulpverlening en volgt hierin de richtlijnen (Jeugdhulp en Jeugdbescherming). Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en pakt door waar nodig.
  • Team Regie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van hulp in de tweedelijns zorg. Je voert hierin actief evaluatiegesprekken met jeugdigen, ouders en zorgaanbieders. Je schaalt tijdig op of af.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Salaris in schaal 9 minimaal €3.728,- en maximaal €5.890,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur (CAO Sociaal Werk);
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast;
  • Een Individueel Keuzebudget (8,3 % eindejaarsuitkering en 8% vakantiegeld);
  • Een Loopbaanbudget, pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding (mogelijkheid NS Business Card);
  • Inwerkprogramma en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via het Scala Leerhuis.

Je werkt in wijkteams, op scholen en bij huisartsen in de regio Maassluis, Vlaardingen en Schiedam, altijd midden in de praktijk. En dat doe je niet alleen. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team van collega’s en gedragswetenschappers, waar je op kunt terugvallen, kunt sparren en samen leert.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO-opleiding (bijv. Social Work of Pedagogiek);
  • Ervaring met gezinnen en complexe situaties;
  • SKJ-registratie of de mogelijkheid deze te behalen;
  • Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, daadkrachtig en reflectief.
