Onze klant is een gevestigde, familiale KMO in de transportsector, gelegen in de regio Waregem. Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring (2de generatie) en een eigen vloot van een 50-tal vrachtwagens is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare partner voor klanten in de Benelux en Frankrijk. Het transportbedrijf richt zich voornamelijk op de bouwsector en staat bekend om zijn praktische aanpak, persoonlijke service en sterke betrokkenheid bij klanten en medewerkers. Om de dagelijkse transportwerking administratief mee in goede banen te leiden, zijn we op zoek naar een: ADMINISTRATIEF BEDIENDE TRANSPORT - van rittenregistratie tot voorbereiding van de facturatie.

Functie: Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze transportadministratie. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de transportdocumenten en registreert de ritten van onze chauffeurs in ons computersysteem. Je controleert de uitgevoerde ritten, maakt de nodige berekeningen en bereidt de facturatie voor. Zo combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met cijfermatig inzicht en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een correcte afrekening van onze transporten. Daarnaast ondersteun je je collega’s bij diverse administratieve taken. Een afwisselende administratieve functie waarin jouw nauwkeurigheid en inzet écht het verschil maken!

  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt graag met cijfers
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent vlot met computers en leert nieuwe programma’s snel aan
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt afgehandeld
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je mondeling behelpen in het Frans (bijv. in contact met onze chauffeurs)
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en helpt collega’s waar nodig
