Al meer dan 35 jaar leveren wij gespecialiseerde diensten op maat, in het kader van Outplacement, Werving & Selectie, Assessment & Development Centers, Psychologisch Onderzoek en Loopbaanbegeleiding. Wij werken zowel voor de bedrijfswereld, non-profit-organisaties, overheidsorganisaties als particulieren in West- en Oost Vlaanderen. Wij werken klantgericht, discreet en steeds met een lange-termijn-visie. Ter versterking van ons team te Roeselare zoeken wij een: TALENT & RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - die mensenkennis, ondernemerschap en integriteit samenbrengt.

Functie: Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je (samen met je collega-consultants) een belangrijke schakel binnen onze activiteiten in werving & selectie van hogere bediendeprofielen. Je begeleidt het volledige rekruteringsproces: van het scherpstellen van de vacature en het bepalen van de juiste rekruteringsstrategie tot het actief aantrekken, screenen en evalueren van kandidaten. Je gaat op zoek naar de juiste match tussen talent, persoonlijkheid en organisatie. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in persoonlijkheids- en talentanalyse en speel je een actieve rol in onze assessment centers. Je analyseert de resultaten en vertaalt je bevindingen naar heldere, onderbouwde psychologische adviesrapporten die onze klanten helpen om de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Je groeit stap voor stap naar een autonome rol, waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over je eigen dossiers, klanten en kandidaten. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin recruitment, menselijk inzicht, psychologische expertise en ondernemerschap samenkomen.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de psychologie, economie, HR of een aanverwante richting
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in mensen, talent en het vinden van de juiste match tussen persoon en functie
  • Je werkt klantgericht en gestructureerd met een sterke focus op een persoonlijke en mensgerichte aanpak
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet informatie kritisch te beoordelen en te vertalen naar heldere, concrete adviezen
  • Je bent ondernemend, neemt graag initiatief en gaat nieuwe uitdagingen met enthousiasme tegemoet
  • Je beschikt over een sterk diagnostisch inzicht en weet jouw bevindingen helder en overtuigend op papier te zetten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en weet op een natuurlijke manier vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten en kandidaten. Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden?
